SCOPE
ASEC was assigned a new business project with both OH and UG scopes to install a new cable pole and extend the UG primary to a new pad mount transformer. ASEC’s team integrated the two separate schedule templates to ensure all milestones would be met while still meeting the final deadline for the overall project.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
ASEC delivered both OH and UG projects to the client’s FNB group and the packages were issued for construction. As this was ASEC’s first joint OH and UG project for FNB, valuable insight and knowledge were gained throughout the design process, that will be leveraged on the Covered Conductor and Underground Program.
